Hello, my name is Clayton Houston. Thank you for your interest in our company! We are a family owned and operated home inspection company serving the Lancaster TX and surrounding areas. My wife Julie, and I have five sons that range in ages between two years and fifteen years old.
We take great satisfaction in providing accurate information that our clients need to make an educated decision about the largest investment they will possibly ever make. We are dedicated in providing you with the most thorough, high quality, and professional inspection possible.
We offer many different types of inspection services. The most common type of inspection is the the Buyers Inspection. This type of home inspection is performed for the potential buyer of the property to help them understand the present condition of the property.
A sellers inspection is the same as the buyers inspection, except the information is provided to the sellers of a property. This type of inspection is very useful to the help sellers have a better understanding of what repairs should be made to the property. This can accelerate the selling process and lessen the time a property is on the market.
Stand alone inspections of the foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, and roof systems are also offered. Sometimes property owners need an inspection of a single system to verify if any or what repairs may be needed or have been done correctly.
Thermal Imaging inspections are also available. Thermal imaging uses infrared light to detect and diagnose water penetration, overloaded electric circuits, HVAC issues, missing insulation and many other deficiencies that can be found in home inspections. Thermal imaging is not a requirement of the TREC Standards of Practice. This is a service that we bring to you that is far above the minimums standards of home inspection. We believe in using the latest technology to provide the most though inspection for you.
